Julie Van den Kerchove is the author of the popular food blog Julie’'s Lifestyle. After obtaining her degrees in Journalism and Applied Languages, she was diagnosed with chronic glandular fever. Raw food helped her to heal herself and regain her energy. She decided to travel to California together with her partner Simon Matthys to become certified as a raw food chef at the Living Light Culinary Institute. Simon & Julie launched Belgium’'s first raw vegan product line ALL GOOD in 2014. They also offer culinary workshops and raw & vegan catering. Vegan & Raw is Julie’'s first cookbook.
