Biotona bio Superfibres is a sublime complex made from 100% natural, organic and vegetable fibre sources. Soluble fibres contribute to the functioning of the intestines, while insoluble fibres regulate intestinal passage. The soluble nutritional fibres derived from the pure gum of the acacia tree are well tolerated by the stomach and the intestines. The dried fruit pulp from the African baobab consists of both soluble and insoluble nutritional fibres, as well as containing (phyto)nutrients. Biotona Superfibres are further enriched with insoluble fibres from coconut flour, olive pulp and hemp seeds. The olive fruit pulp powder (PreBIOfenol™) is obtained from dehydrated and defatted Spanish olives. This powder is not only fibre-rich, but also has very high concentrations of polyphenols. The powder derived from psyllium or fleawort (with more than 80% fibre content) is capable of absorbing more than 50 times its own weight.

USE
Add Biotona bio Superfibres (1 to 2 tablespoons) to smoothies or shakes in combination with fruit (juices) or other superfoods, (vegetable) milk or yoghurt. In this way you can add a healthy ingredient to all your dishes - quick and easy. Make sure you drink sufficient water throughout the whole day.
