This Raw Vegan Mint Raspberry Lemonade (yes, it's sugar free!) will do just that! Now you no longer have to feel condemned to a boring life of just water and herbal tea ☺
Mint Raspberry Lemonade
SERVES: 1-2 people (2 large glasses)
2 cups of water
1 cup of frozen raspberries
¼ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons of date paste (or more to taste)
Pure liquid Stevia, to taste (or extra date paste)
20 drops of raspberry extract (optional)
1 large handful of mint leaves
- Combine water, raspberries, orange juice, date paste, Stevia and raspberry extract in the blender. Mix until smooth.
- Add a large handful of fresh mint leaves and blend again.
JULIE’S TIPS & TRICKS:
- Don’t like the crunchy texture of raspberry seeds? Replace them with strawberries, blueberries or any berries you like.
- Too sour to your taste? Add fresh apple juice, date paste or Stevia to sweeten things up.
