Suggested Use
- Add a tablespoon to warm beverages (i.e. coffee or tea), smoothies and shakes, sauces and salad dressings, or with meals.
- Start by using one teaspoon at a time and increase slowly over several days so your digestion has the time to adjust, up until 3 tablespoons a day.
- MCT oil will enhance meal flavors but has no flavor of its own and is liquid at room temperature, so you can upgrade any meal with it.
