5 Easy Keto Breakfast Recipes

(Vegan + Vegetarian + Flexitarian, Dairy Free, Gluten Free)

Would you like to give keto a try and are you looking for easy low carb breakfast recipes?

One of the questions I get asked the most is: “I’d love to try keto! Lunch and dinner seem to be easy, but what about breakfast? I don’t like traditional keto breakfast recipes with bacon, sausages or loads of cheese. I prefer something lighter or sweet. Can you give me some inspiration?”

If you’re not practicing intermittent fasting, keep your breakfast low carb with a healthy serving of protein and good fats. Essential building blocks to keep your brain healthy and young, to stabilize your blood sugar levels and to help you avoid that dreaded afternoon slump.

Your body tends to store less fat in the morning because your fat cells are more insulin resistant when you first wake up. This is why I often have a higher fat breakfast like the recipes down below. It keeps me satisfied for hours, helps me to stay focused throughout the day and beat sugar cravings.

Want to give it a try and experience the benefits for yourself?

Down below you can find 5 of my favorite keto breakfast recipes that are vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian + dairy free, gluten free and easy to make.

Let me know in the comments if you’d love me to share more recipe round-ups like “5 easy keto dessert recipes” or “5 low carb lunch ideas”…
