Green Açai Protein Shake

Green Açai Protein Shake

Drinks

Green smoothies were one of the first things I added to my daily diet when I discovered the raw & vegan lifestyle five years ago. They’re so easy to whip up and you can make them as green or as fruity as you like! I usually add tons of greens and some sort of plant-based protein. It helps me to stay energized throughout the morning and it keeps me full longer. I’ve also found that green smoothies really help to beat sugar cravings and to clear up my skin.

This Green Açai Protein Shake is loaded with goodness! I usually start my morning with some yoga or a quick HIIT workout on an empty stomach, and this protein shake helps me to recover faster. It’s packed with fiber, essential omega-3-fats, protein and vitamins. Did you know that açai even has 10 times more antioxidants than red grapes? I hope you’ll enjoy this shake as much as I do :)

JULIE’S TIPS & TRICKS:

  • This Green Açai Protein Shake tastes best fresh, for you can prepare it at night and take it with you on the go the next morning too.
  • Don’t have açai at home? You can make this smoothie without it too. It will still turn out creamy and delicious!

Now I would love to hear from you! Do you like to have a green smoothie in the morning too? What benefits have you experienced: better skin, more energy, clearer mind…? Let me know by leaving a comment down below.
