A friend of mine inspired me to create this quick & easy recipe for Spicy Mediterranean Avocado Salsa. He has a really busy schedule but still manages to prepare fresh raw vegan meals every single day – usually with a healthy dose of avocado ☺ This Spicy Mediterranean Avocado Salsa combines all five basic tastes into one satisfying dish that will definitely warm you up during these colder fall and winter months!

- Add the avocado and stir again.
JULIE’S TIPS & TRICKS:
- Prepare this Spicy Mediterranean Avocado Salsa as fresh as possible. It will quickly lose its taste and turn brown when you put it in the refrigerator.
- Serve this Avocado Salsa with a large bowl of leafy greens and a side of cooked quinoa to get all your essential amino acids & minerals in one delicious meal. I like to combine it with a side of steamed sweet potato too.
