Vegan Food Hotspots in London: Part 2

A few weeks ago I shared some of my favorite vegan food hotspots in London. Here are some more vegan restaurants, raw food cafés & juice bars that are worth a visit!

First vegan food hotspot in this list: Raw Press.

This juice & lunch bar is close to Regent Street, so it’s the perfect lunch stop during your shopping trip! They offer cold-pressed juices and light lunches such as Quinoa Salad with Hazelnuts, Cucumber & Pomegranate, Marinated Kale Salad with Sweet Potato, and Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Red Pesto. YUM!

Next up: Tanya’s Café at MyHotel Chelsea. Their menu is truly incredible! They offer juices, smoothies, breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, superfood cocktails and dinner – all raw vegan and delicious.

You guessed it… Tanya Alekseeva from Tanya’s Café, a well-known British wellness coach.

Green juice it is! I’m having the ‘Alkaliser’ with kale, spinach, lemon, apple and cucumber. Simon tried a ‘Liver Flush Shooter’ with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, garlic, ginger, orange and chilli pepper. Don’t try this at home!

This list wouldn’t be complete without my beloved Whole Foods Market in Kensington. They offer a vast range of superfoods and raw vegan snacks.

The squirrels in Hyde Park like to snack on some nuts too…

Organic vegan food haul! Co-Yo coconut yoghurt (so addictive!), my favorite raw chocolate ‘OmBar’ with probiotics & coconut, ZenZen coconut ice cream with maple syrup, pecans and banana (not the best I’ve had, I wouldn’t recommend this flavor), Booja Booja coconut ice cream (definitely try their vanilla ice cream too – my favorite!) and a ‘Raw Chocolate Booster Bar’.

Last year in September we paid a visit to the ‘Virgin Startup Foodpreneur Fest’ too, a special competition to find the best new food entrepreneurs in the UK. Amongst the jury members: Sir Richard Branson himself, and Jasmine & Melissa Hemsley - authors of The Art of Eating Well, and recipe bloggers for Vogue. Fashion meets food! They are really friendly and even more beautiful in real life.

During our last visit, Simon and I went to explore Daylesford Café for lunch, Mexican Restaurant Mestizo for dinner (they even have a separate vegan menu!), and Roots & Bulbs for some shakes & sweets. I can’t wait to explore new vegan food hotspots next time we’re in London!
