Fountain of Youth Smoothie
SERVES: 1 person (2 medium glasses)
1 cup of water
½ cup of blue grapes
2 medium kiwi fruits
2 small dates, pitted (if the grapes aren't sweet enough)
1 small banana
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, peeled (and grated if you like your smoothies super smooth)
- Combine water, grapes, kiwi, dates, banana and ginger in the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Top with goji berries for extra flavor & anti-aging goodness!
JULIE’S TIPS & TRICKS:
- This fountain of youth smoothie will stay fresh for at least 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Add a small handful of mint to make this smoothie extra refreshing.
