Raw Vegan Banana Berry Protein Shake

SERVES: 4 large glasses

EQUIPMENT: blender

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of almond milk 
3 large ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
1 cup of berries, fresh of frozen (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries…)
1 large tablespoon of hemp protein powder, or other protein powder of your choice (or 1 teaspoon hemp seeds)

1 large tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of Maca pow
der
Pure liquid Stevia, to taste (optional, or 1 to 2 pitted dates)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine almond milk, banana, berries, hemp, chia seeds, Maca and Stevia in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with extra berries or chia seeds.

JULIE’S TIPS & TRICKS:

This raspberry protein shake will stay fresh for at least 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
